cubicweb #123825 postgresql-plpython-8.3 debian package is not in the dependencies [rejected]

it shouldn't be since it has to be installed on the postgres host. It's in dependencies for the cubicweb meta-package which is here to help installing cubiweb + postgres (or another db) on a single host.
