cubicweb-tracker #2573598 send description diff in email notifications [open]

When following Logilab issues via email subscription, it is very frustrating to be notified that the description of a ticket has been updated, without any further information.

I think either a diff or the whole updated description should be included in the email (in a similar fashion to what is done for the other fields).
