cubicweb-tracker #715945 rename ticket types [resolved]

from the very beginning, we labelled tickets 'bug' and 'story' because of agile methodologies. It might be better to have three types: bug, enhancement/feature, task. the current story would become feature and task would be used for things like "refactorings", "clean up lint warnings", etc.
