cubicweb-nosylist #789922 propose to register to notification while no email configured [resolved]

Notification on a ticket doesn't work. I've clicked on the notifiation image, but I don't have received any mail on further comments. If email is not confiuged, I would like to see an error message explaining why I can't be notified when I click on the icone.
